MISSION STATEMENT
The Dauphin Lebanon Boroughs Association (DLBA) is a not for profit organization which promotes the better understanding of local Pennsylvania Government. DLBA members' goal is to serve our Boroughs the best way possibe through the sharing of ideas, legislative concepts and learning how to serve our communities making them a better place to live.

A 2012 Resolution for CBAs

Reprinted from the January 2012 edition of the Pennsylvania Borough News

As Andrew Carnegie said, "Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." A recommended resolution for PSAB's 36 CBAs is to recognize the clout that can be gained when municipal officials work together to unify their voices and help one another. Working with your county or region-wide forum presents educational and informational opportunities in addition to the ability to expand your network of municipal colleagues.
